Shipping and Returns

We give you the very best shipping rates.  We DO NOT try to make money from you by adding extra to the delivery cost.  Our policy is for all freight to be charged at the actual cost incurred passing on all discounts to you, the customer.  If you inspect the bottom line of your invoice you will see that we often actually charge LESS THAN the actual cost incurred by Siam Summer.

Unless other arrangements have been requested by you, orders are usually processed by the next day and are dispatched then or the following day.  An email will be sent out to you confirming dispatch of your order,  the carriers name and the tracking number.  In most cases we have a no quibbles return policy. We want you to be happy and completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell, as well as the service we provide.
